****YOUR ROLE**- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations- Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity- Coordinate multifunctional teams (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, others.
)- Contribution to the Main Production KPI's**YOUR SKILLS**- Mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical Engineer.- Continuous improvement- Cost reduction- Quality management- Lean manufacturing- MS Office- SAP (basic)- Basic level of English is required ( higher level will be a strong plus ).- Shift role availabilityHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
