The role is responsible for managing a +20 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, schedules, vacations, overtime and the AMZL OPS metrics; delivery efficiency, number of routes, cost per shipment. In addition, this role gives support in purchasing tools, services and consumables for the station.The impacts of this position are:- Direct impact in operational KPIs and cost related goals, according to the strategic plan.- This role should coach and mentor a team of Process Assistants (hourly associates) to ensure that objectives are met and the bar is kept high to provide the best customer experience.- This role will be responsible for securing and maintaining a safe and fun workplace environment.- This role also serves as a partner with other internal teams, like Launch & Expansion, WHS, HR, etc., to execute programs for his/her site and new Delivery Stations.**Responsibilities**:- Create balance between "Work hard" and "Have fun" with associates under scope.- Ensure the team execution to accomplish the business goals.- Support process improvement activities associated with process inefficiencies and/or new functions currently not performed in day-to-day operations.- Processes Mapping activities.- Assist in the development, documentation, deployment and monitoring of key business processes in AMZL Mexico.- Follow up KPIs of operations within the Delivery Station.- Actively supports and promotes organization change.- Dive deep analysis of KPIs.- Support the ACES team, Customer Service and related internal departments to execute programs or improvements for the Delivery Station under his/her responsibility.- Measure drivers' performance, discipline and customer experience service.- Internal audits execution.- Support and participate in the quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve year over year improvements within its operating plan.- Implement change and/or develop new processes as required to provide ability to better service Amazon customers, while focusing in reducing costs.- Implement and develop the delivery stations workflow and metrics according to the standard work and book of processes.- Bachelor Degree completed.- Demonstrated experience to effectively manage workload and meet aggressive deadlines.- 1+ years management experience in a delivery, manufacturing, production or distribution environment.- Management of a minimum of 20 employees (including payroll, performance management, work-flow assignment)
