Shift Manager Jr

High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in progress.
- 1+ years of direct management experience of employees and their performance in one of the following: operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, manufacturing.
- 1+ years of experience with performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts, if needed.
- English basic level.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous and rapidly changing data sets and identify key issues.
- Demonstrated effective decision making in the midst of change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.
- Experienced in last mile industry or a manufacturing shop at least 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience to effectively manage workload and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving.
- Demonstrated a strong track record of change management and understanding of what motivates others to change.
- Demonstrated people managing for at least 1 year.
- English and Spanish: business conversation.
