Shift Manager Jr

High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in progress.- 1+ years of direct management experience of employees and their performance in one of the following: operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, manufacturing.- 1+ years of experience with performance metrics.- Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts, if needed.- English basic level.- Ability to analyze ambiguous and rapidly changing data sets and identify key issues.- Demonstrated effective decision making in the midst of change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.- Experienced in last mile industry or a manufacturing shop at least 2 years.- Demonstrated experience to effectively manage workload and meet aggressive deadlines.- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving.- Demonstrated a strong track record of change management and understanding of what motivates others to change.- Demonstrated people managing for at least 1 year.- English and Spanish: business conversation.
