.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Supervision of staff in charge (and derivative activities: OJT's, training, motivation, payroll, performance evaluations, etc)Coordinate activities and different areas (Manufacturing Planning and Traffic and Customs) to ensure timely shipments of finished product from scrap and miscellaneous TF to the end customer.
