Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Eaton's VEH NAT North America Truck division is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk.

**What you'll do**:
A. Help to Supervises all resources in order to warranty material flow product, productive & no productive material.
B. Supervises and management of the warehouse area.
C. Supervises and generate BOL (Exact data).
D. Supervises and control of productive & no productive material.
E. Supervises and control inventory in shipping & Receiving area.
F. Supervises and control shipping & Receiving inventory.
G. Management shipping & Receiving reports.
H. Assure requirements & goals of the area.
I. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
J. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

**Qualifications**:
A. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields required.

B. 1- 2 -year experience in area.

**Skills**:
English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required 50% desirable
Broad knowledge in BOL´s, processes and bills of materials.

A. PC Programs (Windows, Oracle)

B. Strong leadership skills, must be capable of leading the team on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.

C. It requires the use management skills, act as a liaison for associates at all levels.

D. Develop and implement positive employee relations (Eaton Philosophy) to encourage employee involvement and to create an environment in which employees see no need for third party intervention.
