Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**GENERAL SUMMARY**:Is responsible of the warehouse administration and/or provide support to production, keep in good conditions all the material, provide support and training to team leaders and materials handles, keep the production lines running.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Inventory Accuracy.- Production Support.- People Administration.- Process follow up & execution- Improve the efficiency.- Training.- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Bachelor degree.- Experience: Five years of warehouse or internal material handling leadership and hands-on supervisor experiencen in a large scale absolutely required.- Coordinate efficient communication between all the Teams as per as shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory and internal material handling teams.- Bilingual (English & Spanish) both oral and written.- Excellent attention to detail, time management and administration skills.- Microsoft office literate and SAP.- Six Sigma approach experience.- Analytic.- Able to work under pressure.LI-CD2
