Job Purpose Maintain the veracity of inventories and ensure good control of the materials on the floor.
Supervise the control of inputs, outputs and timely transactions to avoid discrepancies in raw material, finished product, as well as spare parts.
Ensure the timely supply to the floor and shipment of materials (maquila suppliers, internal or external customers) in order to ensure that it complies with the internal, customer, Corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities • Authorise the exit of materials owned by DANA, as well as maintain their traceability • Perform LPA and Safety audits as well as Mitigations • Keep track of Proformas in the billing area • Carry out the CUT OFF for Finance at the beginning of each month • Rack Control (Inputs and Outputs) • Active/Proactive participation in DOS events.
• Control and administration of Mobile Equipment (checklists / conditions) • Shipment Month-End Report • Participate in Annual Physical Inventory • Comply with the work contract.
• Know and comply with life safety rules and quality rules.
