**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the daily shipping operations of the company, including coordinating shipments, preparing orders for shipment, and verifying accuracy of shipments.
- Ensure all shipping processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant laws and regulations.
- Train and supervise shipping team members, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of shipping supplies, including boxes, tape, labels, and other materials needed for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shipping area, including ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Work with other departments within the company to ensure that all orders are shipped on time and in full, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve the efficiency of the shipping operations. Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, including tracking numbers, shipment weights, and delivery times.
