**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage the daily shipping operations of the company, including coordinating shipments, preparing orders for shipment, and verifying accuracy of shipments.- Ensure all shipping processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant laws and regulations.- Train and supervise shipping team members, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and safely.- Monitor and manage the inventory of shipping supplies, including boxes, tape, labels, and other materials needed for shipping.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shipping area, including ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.- Work with other departments within the company to ensure that all orders are shipped on time and in full, and to resolve any issues that may arise.- Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve the efficiency of the shipping operations.
