Overseeing finished Good receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy and shipping process.- Responsible to development and implementation of metrics to control all shipping process steps and Setting up efficient space utilization.- Develop shipping delivery model ensuring material goes on time to the final customer., Working together with Traffic and customs.- Interact with the areas of storage, traffic, customs, in a coordinated way, in order to ensure the correct delivery of finished products or raw materials to be shipped. Documentation solution and quotes from carriers to support the operation.- Notify the Materials team of any situation that prevents or impacts the shipment plan.- Ensure reliability of the inventory maintaining the effectiveness of the system transactions, movements and cycle counts.- Strategically manage shipping area in compliance with company's policies and vision- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate warehouse team- Ensure the correct use of the material resources of the shipping area.- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance of the resources assigned to the area, forklifts, docks, ramps, scanners, equipment in general.- Ensure the correct training of your team, as well as the correct use of the "USER" and passwords for accessing the system.- Ensure compliance with processes and work instructions.- Follow-up to the closing of reported findings through internal or external audits- Follow-up to the Dnotes and creation of these to ensure the correct shipment process.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- 5 years of experience in similar role- Professional degree- Proven work experience as a Shipping Warehouse Supervisor.- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.- Hands on experience with Shipping warehouse management software and databases- Leadership skills and ability manage staff- Excellent communication skills- Fluent conversation in English 80% English (Spoken & Written- Expertise in shipping warehouse management procedure and best practices- 5s implementation and maintenance. Strong decision making and problem solving
