**Your Job**
As a Shipping Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that our shipping area operates efficiently, managing the material flow, inventory accuracy, and providing leadership to our shipping team. You will play a critical role in meeting productivity targets and ensuring that all shipping processes are executed smoothly and promptly, thus guaranteeing the last step of the supply chain is achieved in time, form, and quantity.
**Our Team**
The warehouse team is involved in various activities related to the logistics and operations of a warehouse. Based on the search results, they are responsible for tasks such as ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and delivering equipment, materials, and supplies.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead and direct strategies for shipping operations across various shifts, overseeing finished goods receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy, and shipping processes.
- Develop and implement metrics to monitor all shipping process steps and optimize space utilization.
- Work with Traffic and Customs to establish a shipping delivery model that ensures timely delivery to the final customer.
- Collaborate with storage, traffic, customs, and other departments to ensure correct delivery of finished products or raw materials.
- Strategically manage the shipping area in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
- Recruit, orient, coach, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve excellence.
- Ensure equipment and resource maintenance within the shipping area.
- Uphold company processes, work instructions, and audit findings closure.
- Manage Dnotes creation to secure proper shipping processes.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Professional degree
- Previous experience as a Shipping Warehouse Supervisor with proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and a strong grasp of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Service attitude, robust knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, availability for various work schedules, strong organizational and teamwork skills, and knowledge of Lean & Visual Management.
- English Professional Proficiency
- Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Well knowledge of SAP or other ERP
- Experience on Production Control or/and Planning is a plus.
