Shop Assistant Mexico - Merida

We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and eager Assistant Manager or a strong Supervisor that has worked in branded restaurants or food retail stores.
Please note, our stores close after midnight, and some of the shifts will end at this time.
This job is London located, also you need to have a right to work in UK.
Daily duties:

- Managing the day to day operations of the shop
- Growing the business through growth of sales
- Quality assurance
- Evolving customer service/problem resolution
- Inventory maintenance
- All budgetary control and financial planning
- Weekly reports.
