Rooted in innovation, our name stands synonymous with unparalleled quality in the industry.Position Overview:We are on the lookout for an experienced Shop Mechanical Assembly Foreman to lead our assembly team at our Tijuana office. If you have a strong background in mechanical equipment assembly, hands-on expertise with hand and power tools, and have a track record of successfully managing teams, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the mechanical assembly team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.Provide hands-on assembly work, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.Train team members on best practices, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, collaborating with the engineering team as needed.Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and scheduling maintenance or replacement as necessary.Continuously strive for operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet EDDY Pump standards and client specifications.Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical equipment assembly.At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus.What We Offer:A competitive salary package commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits, including health and dental plans.Opportunities for skill enhancement and career progression within EDDY Pump.A collaborative and supportive work environment with a dedicated team.How to Apply:Please send resumeJoin us at EDDY Pump, Tijuana, and be part of a team that's driving innovation in the pump industry!Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
