We invite you to join our team in the following role: Shop - Production Manager MISSION: Guarantee and drive the teams (SMQDC) performance in order that the Workshop reaches the objectives defined with the RS/RA and the SMT. Train and coach the personnel to answer development needs.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Delivery (CT and MT) of products conforming to the workshop's engagement while respecting SMQDC performance and other standards.
• Coherence of jobs/competencies with the current needs and to develop the responsibilization of OR teams.
• Continuous performance improvement in the Workshop in line with the plans while respecting MMW and GS approaches.
What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose? Engineering academic background.Previous experience in manufacturing and production roles.Solid people skills and proven experience developing people.English business proficiency. What would be the expected success at 3 months? General understanding of production model.Becomes familiar with leadership model: empowerment, development of people, awareness and results.Knowledge of Safety and Quality standards.
