Growing happiness guides everything we do and our core values - Unleash Greatness, Never Stop Learning, Ignite Your Passion, Thankful Living, and Inspire Innovation & Change - inspire us to maintain a culture where our people take pride in their work and have fun doing it.We support 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the United States.What you'll be doing:Campaign and bid management of Shopping engines, such as Google Shopping, Microsoft Product Ads or Comparison Shopping Engines (Connexity)Support other media channels with feed-driven strategy to help provide a more holistic approach and connect our Shoppable programsCreate, manipulate, and manage product feeds used for Shoppable programsAudit product feeds and point out issues and recommendationsReport and optimize Shopping engine performance for clientsAnalyze data, identify trends and implement optimizations on a recurring basisDaily use of third-party feed management platformsMentor junior team members on client relationship building and campaign managementWe'd love to hear from you if:Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. We'd love to connect and see if you could be a great fit.Requirements:3+ years of experience managing performance of Shoppable programs or other digital marketing channelsProactivity, attention to detail and ability to work with external teamsStrong understanding of ecommerceAdvanced Microsoft Excel2+ years of experience working with product feedsExperience in handling large product feeds – over 100k SKUsExperience with third-party feed platforms like FeedonomicsExperience with bid management platforms like SA360 & Kenshoo/SkaiWorking knowledge of Google Merchant CenterProficient in Powerpoint / Google SlidesFLSA Classification: ExemptWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
