**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Coordinate the shopper insights information flow to the small formats teams, leveraging all the purchased market and shopper tools (Nielsen Retail Index, ScanTT, Kantar, Frogtek and ad-hoc studies) to generate insights and recommendations that add value to the business and facilitate the decision making in time and scope

**Your Impact**

As **Shopper Insights Coordinator** your responsibilities would consist of:

- Coordinate the agenda with her/his manager aiming to create the right forums to analyze and present conclusions, hypothesis and recommendations based on channel business questions by using all market data and available studies aiming to ensure that all sales teams have clear perspectives on the customer performance.
- Ensure the actualization and continuous improvement of the different tools reports in time and form with the objective of having a friendly reports system and opportune of monitoring about the shopper/market insights variables.
- Coordinate and help with his/her manager the daily business activities including but not limited to administrative activities, contact with agencies - Ad hoc studies and small formats teams interactions.
- Track market tools to improve executions and performance with tools (i.e.Nielsen, Frogtek) at the POS.
- Coordinate the execution of actions plans coming from the analysis of different sources of information as KWP, Nielsen, Frogtek Ilacad, Euromonitor, etc

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree (International Business, Marketing, Administration and or Industrial Engineer)

**Experience**
- 1- 2 years of Consumer/shopper insights experience/regions, channels and customer experience/ knowledge, development and management of Ad-Hoc methodologies
- Proven results in the delivery of actionable recommendations by combining diverse sources of information
- Proficiency of the english language
- Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- 2- 3years experience in FMCG industry (desirable)
