**Job Summary**
**Strategic partner for the commercial team (CDO) who, through people's shopping journey and retail environment insights, identify short and long term opportunities. Able to help the teams by transforming learning/insights into solid actions. Responsible for leading research plans for local needs.**
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Support Sales, Catman and Retail Marketing to build and implement strategies across retail environments**
- ** Be the experts of people's shopping journey and retail environments to identify short and long term opportunities, and help the teams to transform insights into actions**
- ** Be strategic advisors to drive growth through portfolio assortment across categories and countries.**
- ** Work together internal clients on creating strategic and powerful selling stories for key commercial partners**
- ** Participate in commercial meetings internally and externally for sharing insights knowledge**
- ** Partner with cross-functional teams commercial, providing insights that will influence marketing, sales, and product execution**
- ** Analytical and curious mind to identify insights and business opportunities**
- ** Become an expert in omni shopper understanding methodologies**
- ** Ability to report and understand syndicate data such as: Nielsen and Kantar Panel**
- ** Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, market dynamics, opportunities, and potential risks to inform decision-making and develop targeted shopper and retail environment strategies.**
- ** Optimize existing knowledge mining current studies to maximize resources**
- ** Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, actionable insights, and recommendations in a synthesized way to share learning for stakeholders, internal clients and peers across the region**
- ** Be knowledgeable about current and new research methodologies that can help give better recommendations**
- ** Support e-commerce strategy in the subsidiaries and help to build knowledge and best practices**
- ** Collaborate with regional & global teams, external partners and vendors to improve storytelling and insights**
- ** Work together with Division Category Heads and conduct special analysis to develop local/regional commercial plans**
- ** Ensure that all knowledge generated is reported and shared across the organization.**
- ** Annual Insights budget planning and monthly management**
**Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements**
- ** Business, Marketing, Engineer, Communication, and Statistics**
- ** minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in market research, shopper, Catman, retail marketing or sales. Experiences ideally from mass products in multinational companies.**
- ** English - Advanced**
- ** Google Tools advanced management**
- ** Nielsen data platforms desirable**
- ** Household Panel data desirable**
- ** Research methodologies: Qualitative and quantitative**
- ** Minimum 2 years experience analyzing data, market trends, and customer behavior to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.**
- ** Ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.**
- ** Extra valuable education: Postgraduate or experience in Shopper understanding, digital/e-commerce, anthropology, sociology, sales, negotiation and innovation**
