**Descripción**:
- Collaborate with Field Sales Manager for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production, and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions.
- Primary ownership of the company brands in-store look and feel in the Mexican market and be the Trade Marketing consultant and ambassador for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment, etc) by finding the most efficient solutions and making store check.
- Plan, manage, and well utilize marketing budget, including planning, controlling, monitoring and comparison-analysis to meet organizational objectives.
Aim to maximize the ROI of marketing resources to reinforce brand awareness and preference in México.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to build experiential activities, promotions and product communication.
- Support product launch activities in all channels to drive sell-through and increase market share and product positioning.
- Plan, coordinate and execute expos and retail annual events.
- Ensure that the feedback from our promoters or store sales is considered by regularly syncing up with our sales team, visiting customers and stores.
- To identify, develop and activate appropriate in-store activity plans
- Define innovative and winning POS strategy and execute compelling in-store programs (based on customer insights) coordinating Marketing activities.
- Create competitive intelligence in regards to in-store performance and promotions and ensure continuous exchange with sales team.
Identify benchmark in toy industry and other related businesses
- Ensure proper forecasting and order management for in-store materials.
Cooperate with Supply Chain to maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels of all marketing materials
- Effectively train field sales team as well as retail customers to ensure efficient and successful utilization of POS material
- Develop and execute clients trade show strategy, including development of booth design and product flow, key shopper messages and product showcases.
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
ADVANCED English a must.
4-5 years in trade and/or shopper marketing, POS strategies, strong knowledge of the retail environment, passion for entertainment.
Strategic thinking, in-depth understanding of the company's products (current and future), excellent organization and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, and to manage working under pressure; proactive, self-starter.
