**Job requirements**:
1.
Work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time with a 1 hour rest break.
2.
Comply with the company's internal policies and rules, without violation of laws and regulations, late arrival, early departure, or other absences from scheduled hours, and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
3.
Adhere to basic professional ethics without leaking customers' and the company's confidential and sensitive personal information.
4.
Be proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English.
5.
At least 2 years' experience in major translation companies, knowing the state of the industry, and familiar with the production process of localization.
Experience in project management is preferred, especially experience in localization.
6.
Be familiar with common tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office, project management tools (such as XTRF), CAT tools (such as Trados), etc.
7.
Sufficient communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with the translation team, quality team, and resource team.
Have a strong sense of teamwork.
8.
Pass both written examination and online interview

**Responsibilities**:
1.
Identify and meet customer needs promptly.
2.
Understand, tease out, and effectively communicate project rules and requirements.
3.
Assign projects and track the project progress, and ensure punctual project delivery.
4.
Trigger the professional teams (including Language Lead, Language Department, DTP, etc.)
to develop quality control plans and strictly implement them.
5.Keep correct and timely records of project information and archive project-related documents and summaries.
6.
Establish communication channels in each project to support efficient and smooth communication among related parties.
7.
Control project costs and keep profit margins within a reasonable range.
8.
Collaborate with professional teams to guide, control, record, and give feedback on the performance of the resources in each project.
9.
Identify and give feedback on project management difficulties and risks to the PM/AM.
10.
Analyze and summarize important projects based on the AM/PM's requirements, and regularly report the volume, revenue, customer satisfaction, and other indicators of each project.
11.
Penalties may be imposed in case of loss of contact during working hours, slow response to customers, or quality or scheduling incidents.
