**Showroom Coordinator****ROLE PURPOSE**In Safilo, one of the largest eyewear creators, and worldwide distributor of sunglasses, optical frames and sports eyewear we are looking to hire a passionate and authentic talent to join us as a showroom coordinator to smash our sales targets by providing excellent customer service to our most important customers in México.
We are seeking to hire a self-driven and organized team player, who share our passion for our luxury brands elevating the customer experience.
**KEY ACTIVITIES**- Showroom management, organization and display.- Appropriate maintenance and coordination of brands- Aesthetic maintenance of the showroom.- In charge of boutiques- Inventory management and ensuring that Press/Sale products are handled appropriately.- Coordination of the sample process, counting of SKU's, unpacking, organization and location of the product.- Search, reserve and buy all the materials related to the activities of the showroom.- Coordinates calendar of meetings, customer visits, courses, etc.- Coordinates events in the Showroom according to the corporate calendar and commercial indications ( Press Days, breakfasts with editors, etc.
).- Update advertising materials.- Participate in brainstorming and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.- Coordinates the maintenance and restocking of the Showroom as necessary.- Ensure that Safilo clients are always assisted according to the highest standards of Customer Service.- Assist with customer complaints to her/him and work with the Customer Service department to resolve any questions they may have.- Cooperate with the PR & Communications HQ seeking business opportunities and suggesting brand exposure opportunities in the local market.- Create reports, analyze and monitor patterns and trends.- Create and maintain an organized filing system for all showroom documents.- Improve efficiency and service levels.- Share best practices and ideas and successful events.- Support in online and face-to-face corporate sales.
**Required Skills and competences.
**- Commercial or administrative bachelor's degree, (Marketing, Commercial Relations, International business, etc.
).- Experience in a similar position (2-3 years).- English proficiency at a technical professional level.- Office SoftwareManagement.
Intermediate to advanced Excel.- Commercial courses, certifications, postgraduate studies.
