Working via connectivity requires optimal synchronization between systems, therefore ongoing critical optimization work is necessary to make the inventory ready for its distribution. Over the past years, HBX Group has experienced an increase in product connected through what we call SI (Supplier Integrations), and can now say it´s a very significant share of HBX Group's business, making the connectivity area a very strategic and a dynamic place with opportunity for professional growth. To keep pursuing the growth plan in the Connectivity area, HBX Group is looking for a SI Optimization KAM.Responsibilities:Safeguarding the accuracy of their accounts/products connected through SI by constant monitoring of the different KPIs.Understanding the business needs, translate them to technical requirements, and ensuring the connection used for their account is prepared to continue growing at a fast pace.Safeguarding and improving the relationships with their accounts, identifying opportunities that can impact the growth of their (strategic) product.Coordination with different key stakeholders (internally and externally) and manager to work on new projects, initiatives, processes etc.Requirements:Skills:Understanding of the business (commercial) needs.Familiar and comfortable with technical/system rules.Capability of bridging business needs with technical solutions.Strong communication skills, high-quality written and verbal.Capability to prioritize and work under pressure.Analytical and conceptual skills.Comfortable with manipulating excel, dynamic tables, tableau, and monitoring tools.Experience:Preferred minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.Preferably Contracting/Commercial background.Preferably experience in analytical roles.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Analytical, or related business discipline
