**What You Can Expect**:Over the course of two years, you'll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy.
You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-months assignment abroad (Covid permitting).You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders.
You'll also have access to the resources to help you grow!Our team is looking for a motivated Finance or Accounting Professional who is a curious learner and has the desire and skills to energize society and make tomorrow different today.Your principal role on the Regional Finance Organization will be to provide financial support on different varied tasks in the areas of Controls & Digitalization, Commercial Project Management and Commercial Sales Management.

You'll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.- As a member of the Regional Finance Team, you will see first-hand how we impact our customer's experience either through the Commercial Sales Manager function or though the Commercial Project Manager function.- You will engage in the various aspects and products of the business, such as Controls & Digitalization, Central, and Distributed.- You will also gain firsthand experience to how Service and New Unit interact with each other.
**What You Bring**:- A sharp and curious mind willing to learn various roles within the Regional Finance Community.- Support the Regional Finance Community by identifying and implementing measures to improve financial performance.- Take part in driving the digital transition within the Regional Finance Community by identifying best-practices.- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.- A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting.- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program
