.ResponsibilitiesLeads the implementation of quality mission, strategy, policies, and guidelines across all assigned areas.Appraises and meets customer quality requirements and satisfaction (e.G., NPS, CSS, CSM).Identifies and develops processes to meet internal and external regulations (ISO and OSHA standards).Implements and monitors global quality programs, leading non-conformance management.Ensures and controls quality methods and risk/opportunity management in processes and projects (RA, CAPA, QIS, RCA, LL, Q-Gates, LoAs, Outage Categorisation).Plans and implements business audit programs and assessments, handles product safety activities, and develops continuous improvement programs.What You BringEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computing, Technology, or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).Professional Experience: 12+ years - a minimum of 8 years of quality management experience in the Energy Sector with site field experience preferable.Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of company products, senior-quality leadership in a high-tech energy company, experience in regulated industries, familiarity with ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), and skills in quality processes, audits, problem-solving, efficiency programs, risk assessments, and CAPA.Additional Skills: Proficient in sophisticated root cause analysis tools like TapRoot and Apollo, professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.Soft Skills: Self-motivated, ambitious, strong communicator with intercultural awareness, conscientiousness, curiosity, drive, goal orientation, teammate, insightful, effective with diverse collaborators, and adept in organizational change.About the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
