As a Signal Integrity Engineering Manager, you will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Planning, providing resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.- Cultivating and reinforcing appropriate group values, norms and behaviors.- Identifying and analyzing problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.- Providing guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.- Planning and scheduling daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.- Sense of urgency.- Quickly build rapport with customer/stakeholders with strong presentation skill and solid technical background.- Curiosity and passionate in learning new technology with self-motivation- Manage ambiguity in workplace, insight to identify new business opportunity during internal/external meeting, smart risk taking- People manager to take care of the team - respect, listen and help people to grow to next level- Team work, be open and inclusive to work with different people and handle conflict in professional way- Interpersonal and communications skills.
**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience at the Bachelor's level or 5+ years of experience at the Master level with Electrical Engineering design.- Advanced English and Spanish level.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience leading or managing a team.- Transmission line theory and electromagnetic field concepts.- Design and analysis of highspeed digital interconnect.- Signal integrity simulation tools.- Silicon device modeling methods.
