**Responsibilities**:
- Project manage SIOP transformation workstreams and Global Business Process initiatives.
- Lead respective PS/Print/Hybrid Divisional SIOP workstream(s) and with cross functional senior management.
- Compile and report on cross-functional Metrics/KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration, and performance of the SIOP process.
- Streamline the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross functional change management to enable a mature SIOP process.
- Support improve the monthly SIOP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are proficient in using the new SIOP tools and processes.
- Project manages implementation of improvements to the SIOP process and transformation.
- Supports improvements for operations plan and to incorporate customer needs into operations plans.
- Supports standardized best practices for process improvement change across PS/Print/Hybrid and oversees its implementation in SIOP and provides guidance on improvement processes.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance or related field.
- Typically 6 - 10 + years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Project Management with a Supply Chain (SCOR) focus and 1 - 2+ years' experience in SIOP/ S&OP/ IBP

- MS Power BI a plus
- SAP S/4 & IBP, Kinaxis experience a plus
