.The site administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the budget to ensure costs are controlled and remain within the allocated limits. Additionally, they coordinate and manage logistics for personnel and vendors to ensure smooth operations on site. This includes compiling and submitting weekly reports detailing time entries for all personnel on site, reviewing and reconciling purchase orders to ensure accuracy, and closing them as necessary. The site administrator also creates cost estimates for various aspects of the project to aid in budgeting and financial planning, prepares financial reports to clear and reconcile project-associated costs, and handles the final cost reporting of the projects.The site administrator supports the respective Project Manager in other areas with the objective of executing the project in accordance with defined PM @ Siemens Energy guidelines/standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines. Professional collaboration between the site administrator, CPM and the Project Manager is key for the overall project success.How You'll Make an ImpactSupports the PM in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care.Be a reliable partner of the Project Manager on change management issues (variations) relating to the scope of the project.Responsibility to comply and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).Generate daily reports to verify status of the outages.Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project financials, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.G., SAP.Performs applicable requirements for month end activities.Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the accuracy of the project financials.Identifies, minimizes non-conformance costs, and establishes an appropriate reporting structure; supports the implementation of lessons learned into own project and the organization in general.Directs the compliance to standards, rules and regulations of (commercial) project members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines.Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities.Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.What You BringAccounting, finance or business administration.2-3 years of experience.English at professional working proficiency level.Communication skills, motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.About the TeamIn our Business Unit we seek to become a reliable partner in project execution.
