- Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions
- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Actively participate in Oracle Implementation
- Provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation.
- Ensuring organizational financial stability.
- Drive a safety culture by foster safety hazards reporting and elimination.
- Actively participate in "I Own safety", Velocity reporting, safety and productivity committees, and COVID-19 protocols.
- Produce financial statements as requested
- Manage the forecasting and budgeting
- Coordinate and audit physical inventory activities and lead inventory cycle count activities.
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
- Support and perform month-end and year-end close process
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Coordinate the preparation of FLMC Corporate regulatory reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Streamline the accounting functions and operations Approve AR's, Inventory adjustments and Scrap per DOA.

- Establish and manage the Finance department budget.
- Drives effective communication plan and actions.
- Accountable for supporting internal and external audits.
- Interrelation with all departments of the organization and other Emerson Plants.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Experience implementing finance processes and policies during a plant startup, from corporate guidelines to site specific work instructions.
- Sound knowledge of MEXGAAP, USGAAP, accounting fundamentals and accounting software
- Compliance and Audit experience.
- Experienced in corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and development of policies and procedures.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in Inventory control, supply chain, forecasting, implementation of MRP software (ORACLE, SAP, AS400, etc).
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Proficient use of Excel, database programming or data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of customs requirements between Mexico and USA, CTPAT, OEA, Import and Export processes and Trade compliance controls.
- Understand operational processes systems and business KPI drivers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and Leadership English Language: writing and speaking >90%.**Who You Are:
