Mighty Buildings is a venture-backed construction technology company based in Oakland, CA and Monterrey (Mexico)We are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.As a site service coordinator, you will support stakeholders, Mightybuildings organizations, and all contractors on site. You will manage at least 5 service suppliers that are working inside and outside the facility. The key services are security, cleaning/waste management, temporary utilities, and temporary workforce.You will work closely with the management of the factory to optimize our service costs whilst delivering services of the highest possible quality. Your approach shall be on a strategic level but have to be out on-site to plan and validate performed work.**Responsibilities**- Coordinate the site service contractors inside the buildings making sure that the vendors can work efficiently with as few hindrances as possible.- Take part in the factory meetings to identify and mitigate potential risks to the manufacturing process due to site services.- Gathering and analyzing data on progression to make informed decisions on how to adjust services to ensure the highest efficiency at the lowest possible cost.- Working closely with commissioning and operations organizations to have a smooth transition of responsibilities over the site services.- Manage consumables and services purchasing in order to ensure uninterrupted factory operations- Ensure consumables purchasing metrics are within the targeted budget- Provide vendors assurance and establish business relationships with suppliers and service providers- Ensure the tendering process of vendor selection**Requirements**:- An associate's or bachelor's degree in administration, social work, or a related field.- Strong work ethic and service skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Staying up to date with services, policies, and regulations.- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.- Computer literacy- Fluent English- Spanish is a native language**Nice-to-Haves**:- Experience site service coordination of the construction industry- Change management experience- Comfort around the higher management- Awareness in manufacturing site procurement
