**Role Description**
This is a contract role for a Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction projects in Mexico City, Mexico. Your day-to-day tasks will include quality control, communication with project stakeholders, and ensuring that structural engineering and civil engineering standards are met.
**Main Tasks of the ROM**:
- Rollout plans defined and executive for assigned customer Project.
- Manage demand planning of hardware and materials in alignment with the rollout plan and in consultantion with the customer supply manager.
- Manage supplier for side visit cleanups.
- Managing and accepting/rejecting service supplier work.
- Achieving targeted rollout, committed to customer.
- Supporting customer supply manager with good receipts of the materials for the project.
- Accountable that rollout Scope is delivered on caused time and required quality.
- Responsible for managing the remote rollout manager.
- Follow a daily basis with subcontractors schedule agreed by ROM.
- Managing site access for side visit.
- Control, request, change site access.
- Secure total control and overview of a group of sites.
- Daily or weekly communication with supplier or customer.
- NDPd MS updates or other tools Ms updates.
- Roll out synchro meeting.
- Check and validate site information.
- Consolidating technical and all information to (document acceptation).
- Upload the document in the customer portal.
**Requirements**:
- Local external resources.
- Mandatory use of AI/ML.
- Language support: Spanish.
- Support in local time zone (Capital of country)
**KPI ROM SUPPORT**:
- Sites planned vs completed (Forecast accuracy).%
- Sites installed (daily, weekly, period, quarter, volume vs Target). %
- Sites integrated (daily, weekly, period, quarter, volume vs Target). %
- Site life cycle - CYCLE TIME (Site E2E Leadtime). (Time days)
- Accepted/ Integrated sites. %
