We are the industry leader in development and manufacturing of engineered technical ceramics.The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives as well as day to day HR tasks. The incumbent will be a hands-on HR manager with experience partnering with Site Leadership to build and grow an organization. This position will collaborate with our other San Juan Del Rio sites in ensuring a consistent approach to HR policies and practices.This role will provide HR leadership and direction to achieve business objectives by administering, developing and implementing programs in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, employee benefits, project management, compensation, communication, employee recognition, training, development and EHS programs.Develops recruitment plans and recruits for hourly and salaried positions.Manages employee transactions including hiring, terminations, discipline, and performance management, etc.Develops programs to enhance employee engagement and offers employee support.Implementation and continuous improvement in plant HR policies, procedures, and programs.Mediator, counselor, and facilitator in resolving disputes between employees and their supervisors and managers.Educates and trains supervisors and employees on policies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with the regional HR strategy.Drives the Performance Management and Development process.Manages and updates employee data and HR systems.Prepares and processes various reports ensuring compliance with company and government regulations
