We are leaders in our business and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Responsibilities:Define the Industrial Digitalization priorities and objectives:Define and design validation processes flow for current and new MES/ITAC implementations on the shop floor.Ensure the created validation process for the MES/ITAC system is followed.Document, keep, and track any traceability data modifications out of the process flow, working with the Quality team to validate and/or perform a deviation of such modifications.Lead and coordinate the creation of related software MES/ITAC applications requested by Quality, Production, or Engineering teams.Design and deploy the Industrial Digitalization solutions and standards:Design the specifications of new features or evolutions to support the industrial/production/engineering systems requirements.Define and validate on-site all standard Industrial Digitalization features & solutions as MES, traceability, eWS.Install, set up, and run digital solutions on existing or new production equipment.People management:Define the objectives and training plan of the PL test engineering engineers and assess their performances.Use standard training modules of the Industrial Digitalization network to train local users.Coordinate requirements of training sessions for newcomers or other needs, interfacing with IS network to provide basic and specific learning programs.Leads the coordination of Industrial Digitalization activities:Ensure the coordination and interface with other functional networks and providers/suppliers on activities.Ensure the integration and deployment of the Industrial Digitalization solutions within new equipment.Lead/involve in all steering committees linked to Industrial Digitalization activities.Define the systems settings and master data; monitor deviations to standards.Participates in the PG Industrial Digitalization network:Participate in technology watch to bring innovation to the industrial network to improve operational efficiency.Promote good practices throughout the site industrial network.P1 Projects:Define or check the test strategy and costs during the P1 project RFQ phase.Check the Functional Testers development (review of technical issues and planning).Drive some Design Reviews.Production and customer return:Monitor the EOL Functional Testers rejects and performance of the PL APUs and define corrective actions.Support the APU test engineers during the production serial life
