**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the coordination of the site inspections and fam trips.
- Create a great liaison with the operations team and good communication.
- Perform continuous tours in areas to ensure rooms and areas are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards.
- Communicate and coordinate the agendas and programs sharing the most valuable information to the operations team through BEOs
- Conduct property tours.
- Know the property in detail to provide accurate information.
- Continuous follow up:
- During the site or fam being focused on their needs or comments - be like a detective
- After the site inspection of fam follow up to receive feedback.
- Analyze comp set to be able to answer customer's questions.
- Experienced to make decisions and carry out teamwork with the Guest Experience department in the coordination of "WOW" effects.
- Create amazing moments to exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and keep updated site inspection processes, tools and systems to measure level of success
- Prepare reports on weekly visits.
- Preparation post site visit reports.
