If you are a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.ResponsibilitiesProactively drive on site activities preparation before installation start (FAT, Internal SWP, Customer SWP).Ensure Fulfilment of installation, qualification, testing and commissioning checklists and SOP (Standard Operating procedures).Accountable for HS&E at site. Enforce strict application of the Safety Coordination Plan (including HS&E plan acknowledgement and sign-off by the Customer and the on-site FSE team, prior Installation Start).Manage the FSE team on site, including all subcontractors, and logistic arrangements organization. Feedback to the Project Manager Execution and drive resources allocation requests / changes in order to meet the on-site activities deliverables.Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are met.Direct, coordinate, and provide guidance / support of project activities from all phases of project management (planning, execution, and acceptance) and multiple interdisciplinary project teams at an overall project responsibility role, including project engineering / execution strategies, resource planning, manufacturing clarification and procurement, supervision & monitoring of project execution, and closeout phases.Coordinate periodic meetings with the customer for the purpose of providing project status updates and to proactively identify and discuss any potential areas of concerns.Receive and discuss the daily progress report from the project manager(s).Prepare and distribute status reports for all stakeholders.Monitor project PNL statements to make sure project costs remain within the contractual budget agreement.Requirements5 years of experience in industrial construction site management within the packaging industry, and a strong technical background.Very strong communications skills in both written and verbal communication.Must possess a bachelor's degree in an industry related field or have the equivalent of on-the-job experience, normally 5 years of on-the-job experience that includes extensive training in site management.Must be able to communicate in English but being bilingual in French is strongly preferred
