If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoBe a role model for Safety and ensure the creation of a sustainable safety culture by planning and executing activities to manage safety risks.Be ultimately responsible for the operation results in the Site (SQCDM), set and follow up the site budget, targets, and objectives, ensuring that the site provides the highest quality products produced in the most efficient manner within budgeted costs; and driving the continuous improvement opportunities within the site.Ensure the Site is legally and Essity compliant, managing the Site Union relations, jointly with HR, and run the factory organization in line with Essity guidelines.Own the Site P&L and proactively drive internal/external competitiveness.Understand, support, and deploy the overall Essity strategy driving site's CBN & OGSM.Develop, drive, and own the Strategic initiatives & capabilities required, aligned with the Business Strategy via Site Compelling Business Need and lead with a holistic approach to cost savings for the business overall vs site-specific savings.Be the interface between internal & external stakeholders and the Site and represent the Site's technology and production capability in the relevant networks. This requires actively building and maintaining strong relationships and collaboration with all areas of the business such as Marketing, Sourcing, Technology, HMEx, Logistics, and Initiatives; and also establish effective relationships with other sites in order to transfer learnings and manufacturing strategies to improve overall results of the business.Lead and develop the Site Leadership Team, fostering decision making and teamwork through open and honest communication, delegating authority, and maintaining healthy relationships based on trust and respect.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's in business administration desirable.10 years of experience in manufacturing with a large number of SKUs in the FMCG industry
