Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering), oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing plans and resources, and much more.We'll look to you for:Contribution of site manufacturing organization to Industrial Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) ManagementSupply chain process definition & validationQuality plan validationOversight of industrialization activitiesManufacturing contribution to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks & Ergonomics analysisPreparation of the site manufacturing activities, including manufacturing planning and resource managementIndustrial process Hand-over from Project Manufacturing Engineering (PME) to manufacturingTraining of operators covering manufacturing & self-inspectionsContinuous improvement of SQCD performance of the manufacturing organizationResponsible for manufacturing equipment management (Investment requirements, OEE, Utilization ratio, …)Contribution to site assets optimization (CAPEX reductions, CAPEX optimizations, Flexible manufacturing lines, ...)Contribution to site/Alstom Indus 4.0 deployment initiatives (AOS, Automation, Digitalization…)All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
