Develop and implement operational strategies.
Develop, manage, and report on the site's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align operations with business goals.
Perfil del candidato Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL operations.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mandatory.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
