Commercial or Business Development.Oversee the design and execution of tactical and operational plans at site level on short, mid and long term to meet Operations & Supply Chain objectives.Maintain an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards (SLOB / WoFF).Control and report achievement of service level targets to Stakeholders.Control that customers (internal and external) response is made on time and develop realistic plans considering capacity and raw material availability.Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.Analyze planning performance and improve the KPIs by using statistical models, best practices and continuous improvement mindset.Develop annual budget and expense control, and execute the annual operating plan accordingly.Act as escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and prioritization issues.Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the Site Planning team and validates related results.Work with the local and regional Supply Chain & Operations management as well as HR Business Partner(s) in developing a local talent pipleline.Drive the development and promotion of Planning talents within and outside Suply Chain & Planning and Operations.The role is based in Cuernavaca, Morelos, and it requires permanent residence in the city
