Invent a greener and more secure mobility, thanks to solutions focusing on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.We are leaders in our businesses and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.ResponsibilitiesManage the team to support the achievement of Customer and Valeo objectives.Ensure Extended Gross Margin targets of the Site P1/P0 Projects portfolio in compliance with QCD objectives.Contribute to new business acquisition (quotation-development) to ensure profitable growth.Develop necessary Customer relationships for achieving Customer satisfaction.Manage the P1/P0 Projects portfolio & team on the Site (Development Center Satellite or launch site).Ensure all project objectives are reached (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing) and monitor P1/P0 teams' performance.Report/alert on critical issues and set up recovery plans or task forces.Support all 'under acquisition' activities along with sales, including establishing data for CAA consolidation.Ensure clean V3 deployment and sustainability within the organization and Plant organization.Manage project portfolio: drive and variabilize resource allocation & overheads budget, keep STR/PEM updated on the whole portfolio.Ensure V PD improving plan deployment.Manage hierarchically and operationally the Project Manager (PM) and/or Launch Project Manager for the Site.Focus PM and/or Launch PM on ensuring flawless production launch to achieve customer satisfaction and CLPP validation.Ensure PM or Launch Manager drives EOO activity and L2/L3 planning monitoring.Ensure PM/Launch PM applies RU ready-checklist assessment with the team.Ensure PM/Launch PM participates in RU ready reviews led by the Plant Manager.Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards within the Project community and control their application during project launches and life.Guarantee respect for Valeo code of ethics and health, safety, and environment requirements.Ensure all developments follow PM Handbook and specific customer requirements.Ensure the implementation of all Valeo Methodology requested by Product Groups/BG/Group.#J-18808-Ljbffr
