The Site Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for the production and operational functions of the business (blue-collar positions).The Site Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the site's unique needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Site Recruiters focus on building strong relationships with local talent pools, utilizing site-specific strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, they may contribute to onboarding processes and serve as liaisons between the site and the broader organizational recruitment efforts.Key responsibilities include:Primarily responsible for roles related to production, engineering, maintenance, and other operational positions.Involved in ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled workers and addressing immediate staffing requirements at site level.Work closely with site managers, production supervisors and other operational leaders to understand the job requirements, team dynamics, and culture.Consistently execute with operational excellence to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Source candidates using various methods, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial phone screens to offer stages.Administer and analyze candidate assessments or tests as needed
