Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our forward-thinking team. As a software engineer specializing in site reliability, you will bring a software engineering and automated solution mindset to your work.The Site Reliability Engineer III will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of critical systems, networks, and SaaS platforms.Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain Atlassian systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Manage UNIX/Linux operating systems.Work with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team on the shared full stack ownership of a collection of services and/or technology areas.Design, configure, monitor, implement, and maintain our observability solutions and troubleshoot IT systems and applications.Minimum Requirements:Working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure (or any cloud environment).Experience with Reliability Engineering practices such as SLO management, observability, change management, incident management, database management, SSL certificate/key management, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).Proficiency in automation using any language (e.g., Python, Go).Experience with performance engineering.Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.Working experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and Helm.Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Concourse).Curiosity and problem-solving are the cornerstones of a successful SRE engineer. As a generalist with a software engineering background, you will support the full stack ownership of services and technology areas.
