- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a SRE or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience supporting containerized production services using Kubernetes.
- 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- 1+ year of recent experience in the cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred, AWS and Azure will also be considered).
- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages like Bash and Python.
- Excellent knowledge of one operating system (Windows or Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
- Understanding how DevOps practices (CI/CD) and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices (SLOs (Service Level Objectives), SLIs (Service Level Indicators) can be applied to your daily work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science degree or similar or equivalent experience.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Obsession with gaining and maintaining customer trust. Always think about how you are improving the customer's life.

Responsibilities:
- Work on service resiliency, performance tuning, and design.
- Drive resolution of critical incidents and work on making sure fixes are methodically implemented through post-mortems.
- Work on toil reduction by designing and implementing automation.
- Work with other Site Reliability Engineers, developers, and architects to evaluate and implement best practices for current and future workloads.
- Plan and develop infrastructure capacity in the cloud.
- Monitor system health and capacity and take proactive action to fix problems before they occur.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build, deploy, and support features.
