Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong DevOps background to join our team. In this role, you will focus primarily on monitoring, debugging, and enhancing the reliability of our systems while also contributing to DevOps practices. You will collaborate with teams across multiple regions, including Dallas, Europe, and India, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across time zones.
Your Impact: Monitor systems using various tools and troubleshoot issues as they occur, playing a crucial role in ensuring system reliability and performance. While the primary focus will be on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) tasks, responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Strong DevOps skills are essential for resolving any issues within these pipelines. Qualifications Your Skills and Experience: Strong experience with Azure Cloud. Proficient in Kubernetes. Knowledge of Dynatrace (Mandatory, primary tool) and other monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus. Excellent debugging abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with Terraform is a plus. Proven experience working in interregional teams, with effective communication skills across time zones. Additional Information Openness to travel: This position requires availability to travel twice per quarter, each travel for a week to Dallas for client workshops.
Hybrid Work: During the first quarter, commuting to our Mexico City offices will be required for team meetings with the Dallas team. The work schedule will alternate in a two-week rotation: Week 1 will be fully onsite, while Week 2 will follow a hybrid model—onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with remote work on Tuesday and Thursday. This alternating schedule will continue throughout the quarter. After the first quarter, commuting is expected to remain at one week per quarter.
