Site Security Manager

These personnel may be Micron Team Members or contracted security staff. You will supervise local security programs, intended to reduce the risk to Micron personnel and assets including access control, loss prevention, workplace violence prevention, intelligence gathering, threat analysis, countermeasure deployment, alarm point and closed-circuit television applications, risk assessment, and investigations. In addition, you will serve as the principal security resource to the Site. As the Security Supervisor, you will lead and monitor performance of the security officers on duty and activate additional resource support under changing operational conditions. You are to administer security systems, policies and procedures in compliance with Company directives, guidelines, and the law. The Security Supervisor reports to the appropriate Regional Security Manager
