Based on gap analyses, action plans are proposed. The guarantee of the site's compliance with regulations and internal requirements is controlled, especially the Michelin Security Concept.Risks and vulnerabilities are identified, analyzed, and prioritized. The action plans, which include specific local rules or procedures, are defined.In the context of projects (mapping of sensitive elements), technical changes to equipment, or organizational changes (site traffic rules), the opinion of the site security specialist is documented and transmitted.Anomalies are analyzed and treated, with necessary alerts transmitted.The security specialist is a leader in his domain: communications, consultations, training, operational control, intrusion prevention, surveillance, identification tools for entrances and exits, including waste, etc.KPIs and the annual report of the domain are presented by the site security specialist during the SMEP Management Review.Technical support in the domain is provided to the site, particularly in the event of an audit (SMEP or other audit/inspection, event operation) or a crisis affecting the domain.Internal and external stakeholders are identified, specifically safety agencies, and the security specialist is the site referent in these networks.Best practices are shared on the site, in the country, and/or in the time-zone.
