Skm Client Guide

**Job profile**
- Our SKM Guides are in charge of:
? Conducting metabolic nutrition online sessions based on lab tests assessment

? Client Care - Following up with active and prospective clients (answering questions, sharing information, processing lab tests, creating and sending notes after each session, creating diets, and more)

**Requirements**:

- Must have:
? Bachelor and/or master's degree in nutrition with experience

? Communication skills (written and spoken)

? English - Spanish Translation skills (written and spoken) - **at least 90% English**

? Very organized and detail-oriented

? Time management skills (based on priorities & daily goals)

? Willingness to learn, committed

? Excellent presentation

? Computer & space suited for video calls at home with good Internet connection
- Desired /optional:
? Experience in customer service

? Experience reading Lab tests

? Familiar with online apps and programs such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, CANVA, ZOOM, Office (Word, Excel), etc.
**We offer**:

- Fixed Salary (to be defined in the interview)
- Fee contract ("Contratación por honorarios")
- A part-time Job (6-hr.
shift).
from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 3 PM

- Training in the Sadie Kaufman Method (Metabolic nutrition) & Training in the Practice Better Platform
