**Job Description**:**Main Responsibilities/Tasks**:Responsible for activities deployed in Stationery & Shavers Manufacturing Plant sites around the Globe.Responsible of deploying Smart Manufacturing projects (part of which MES, CMMS) collaborating cross functional and across factories with digital team communities.Global MES Business Process Owner (BPO)Key Transversal Role, already working on Process Standardization & Optimization, you will harmonize the MES Processes among the plants.
Responsible for process definition, working with the key stakeholders to define the 'will be' vision for the MES system, to fit gaps and design workshops.Ultimate decision maker regarding the system and about future evolutions on how we do things in our factories.Champion the MES deployment team on the way we will configure our core model.
You will work supported by a team of field BPOs (Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance) to decide on the way we do things (measure OEE, declare production, quality checks etc.)
to guarantee that all the plants are going to the same direction and are going to do it according to our Manufacturing System.Responsible for analyzing the business benefits per case.Transfer & share best practices across factories.Develop robust communities between factory leaders across factories and functionsDevelop actionable plans and execute for clear value cases and cooperate closely with IT, Engineering, Industrialization, manufacturing leaders and external partners.Build the technical & digital capability within each factory across the organization.Harmonize with the Manufacturing Maturity Assessment made by Continuous Improvement team to collect data from the plants about the level of Digital Maturity and collecting systems used, POCs, Pilots and implemented initiatives to identify best practices and alignment with BIC's Digital Transformation Strategy.Serve internal customers by accelerating their digital projects with Smart Factory solutions (automation, data collection, process improvement etc.)
