Job Description - Smart Operation Leader (Tlx2) (0094N1)Main Activities:Manage the Smart Operations deployment road map in their site based on Site Manager annual site roadmap.Accountable for the Business Case management of the site linked to the Smart Solutions Catalogue (BCI creation, BCI approval, registration in CanPortal, …) under the responsibility of the Site Digital Talent.Support managers to identify Digital Talents and Edison for their site.Collect and select improvement opportunities and ideas from various sources and connect them with digital solutions.Lead Smart Operation internal projects follow-up with Site Digital Talents & Site Management Committee.Implement the Smart Solutions in collaboration with their Cluster RSMR (Regional Sub-Matter Referent), Cluster Central Support Function (CS&Q, SC Manufacturing, M&M, …), and Schneider Digital.Ensure a good level of collaboration with Digital Talents of their Site to deploy the different solutions.Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency, and productivity.Represent their Site during Smart/DQAI/SPS Monthly Review with Central Support Functions.Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site population.Network continuously with Digital communities, being part of one or several communities to share and replicate best practices.Qualifications:This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:1+ years of experience in a role in Manufacturing IT, Engineering, or similar.Degree or master's in Electrical/Electronic/Informatics/Automation Engineering or equivalent.Understanding of ERP, interfaces to MIS/MES Systems, and digital applications.Knowledge of Programming Languages.Basic knowledge of Database administration (Example: Oracle, SQL, or MySQL).Basic configuring and designing of HMI systems.Previous experience with Schneider digital applications such as LDS, DISS is a plus.Previous experience with MES or manufacturing area technologies is a plus.We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.
