Smart Vehicle Scheduling Analyst

Support the Op Plan and maintain three (A-C lines) to seven (A-D) weeks of buildable orders. -S- chedule within Forecast, Allocation and Supplier/Plant Constraints for US, Canada, Mexico and Export to fill the target week(s). S- et up Scheduling Plan (Monthly/Update as Required) B- ased on Scheduling Plan published by Allocators O- ne Allocation Week corresponds to one Production Week M- ultiple Week Scheduling - Start-up & Balance Out D- etermine Horizon for Optessa Scheduling Backfill/Oversourcing- R- un AM Previews Reports (Daily)/Run New Previews (As Required) R- eview AM Preview Reports to determine Material Constraints/Special Assemblies/Get Ready Letter constraints preventing orders from previewing Run new preview for special commits- S- et up Scheduling Restrictions (As Required) C- onstrained Commodities B- alance Out/Start-up Special Commits- P- rovide direction via Market Offering Change Management (MOCM) - As required O- pen Unscheduled Order Bank, Balance Out Message, Lift Material Holds (Added Starters) Process Output:R- estriction setting and scenario configuration gives directions on the results of the AM Preview which down streams to WBDO and the SAMS Preview Indicator, giving awareness to the stakeholders of the process of the previewing orders in advance to the Thursday commit as well as the reasons (constraints, restrictions, allocation) that impede orders from previewing and if action can be taken. S- erialized orders to support production schedules, making sure that the plant is 100% full for the scheduling horizon (3 weeks of buildable orders for A-C lines and 7 weeks for A-D lines). S
