.**Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (Enterprise Software)****Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the primary point of contact and expert resource for all matters related to enterprise software within the organization.- Provide expert guidance and advice to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on best practices, strategies, and solutions for optimizing the use of enterprise software.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.- Conduct thorough research, analysis, and evaluation of existing and emerging enterprise software technologies, trends, and best practices.- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to educate internal teams and clients on enterprise software functionality, usage, and benefits.- Stay abreast of industry developments, advancements, and regulatory changes related to enterprise software, and incorporate relevant insights into organizational strategies and practices.- Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors, partners, and industry experts to gather insights, address concerns, and foster collaboration on enterprise software initiatives.- Lead or participate in the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise software projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.- Contribute to the development and enhancement of organizational processes, methodologies, and standards related to enterprise software management, governance, and optimization.- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance for enterprise software-related issues, incidents, and escalations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum of X years of experience working with enterprise-level software solutions, with specific expertise in Broadcom products preferred.- Proven track record of success as a Subject Matter Expert or similar role in enterprise software management, implementation, or support.- In-depth understanding of enterprise software architectures, technologies, and frameworks.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically about complex issues.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Certifications in relevant enterprise software technologies or methodologies (e.G., ITIL, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.- Strong project management skills and experience leading or contributing to enterprise software projects from conception to completion.Pay: Up to $200,000
